These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Read Your Palm, including our website, accounts, palm-image upload tools, AI-assisted analysis, generated readings, saved reports, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a reading, uploading images, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.

2. What Read Your Palm Provides

Read Your Palm provides AI-assisted palm readings based on visible features in photographs submitted by users and concepts traditionally associated with palmistry.

The service may evaluate image quality, identify visible palm features, generate interpretations, and assemble those interpretations into a personalized report.

The service is intended for entertainment and personal reflection. A reading is not a factual determination of your personality, health, future, relationships, abilities, lifespan, or circumstances.

3. No Professional Advice

Read Your Palm does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, employment, or other professional advice. Nothing generated by the service should be used as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

You are responsible for decisions you make after receiving or reviewing a reading. You should not make important health, financial, legal, safety, relationship, or other significant life decisions solely on the basis of a palm reading.

4. AI-Generated Content

Portions of the service are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, unexpected, or otherwise imperfect results.

We do not guarantee that a reading will identify every visible feature correctly or that interpretations will be accurate, unique, complete, or applicable to you.

Similar images, repeated submissions, or similar palm features may produce similar or different results.

5. Accounts

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining control of your login credentials, and protecting access to your account.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless that activity results from circumstances for which you are not reasonably responsible.

Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

6. Image Uploads

You may upload palm photographs for processing by the service. By uploading an image, you represent that you own the image or otherwise have the necessary permission to provide and process it.

You must not upload images belonging to another person without their permission or submit unlawful, abusive, malicious, or otherwise unauthorized content.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, transmit, process, and analyze that content for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

7. Purchases and Payments

Some features require payment. The applicable price and currency will be displayed before you complete a purchase.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to provide valid payment information to the payment processor.

Unless clearly stated otherwise before purchase, payment grants access to the specific reading or digital service described at checkout and does not create a recurring subscription.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Saved Readings

The service may allow completed readings to remain associated with your account so that you can access them later. We do not guarantee that saved readings will remain available forever.

Features, storage practices, account functionality, and retention periods may change as the service develops.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to:

• Access accounts, readings, images, systems, or information you are not authorized to access.
• Circumvent payment requirements, access restrictions, usage limits, or security controls.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, damage, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated systems to abuse, scrape, overwhelm, or improperly extract information from the service.
• Upload malicious code or content intended to compromise the service.

Read Your Palm and its website design, branding, software, interfaces, text, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, except for content owned by users or third parties.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our service, technology, branding, or other intellectual property to you.

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or replace portions of the service as it develops. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant that palm readings, interpretations, predictions, observations, or other generated content are accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Read Your Palm and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

We may restrict or terminate access to the service where reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security risks, violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or threats to the service or other users.
