3. Palm Images

Palm photographs are uploaded for the purpose of creating your requested palm reading. Images may be stored in private storage associated with your account and reading so that the service can process the reading and support access to your results.

You should upload only photographs that you have the right to provide. Please do not upload photographs belonging to another person without their permission.

4. AI Processing

Read Your Palm uses artificial intelligence services to assist with image-quality evaluation, observation of visible palm features, and generation of palmistry interpretations and reports.

Information necessary to perform these functions, which may include submitted palm images and related reading information, may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing.

AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, or interpretations that you disagree with. Palm readings are provided for entertainment and personal reflection and should not be treated as factual predictions or professional advice.

5. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Receive and securely store submitted palm images.
• Evaluate whether submitted images can be processed.
• Generate requested palm readings and reports.
• Save readings so you can access them later.
• Process and verify payments.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Read Your Palm does not directly store your complete payment-card number or card security code. Payment information is submitted to and processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy practices.

We may receive and store information related to a transaction, such as whether a payment was completed, a transaction or checkout identifier, the amount and currency, and information needed to associate the payment with your reading.

7. Service Providers

We rely on third-party service providers to operate portions of Read Your Palm. These may include providers for website hosting, database and file storage, authentication, artificial intelligence processing, and payment processing.

Information may be processed by these providers when reasonably necessary to provide their services to us. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Data Storage and Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information associated with the service. Palm images are stored using non-public storage rather than being intentionally made publicly accessible.

No internet-based service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. You use the service with the understanding that security risks cannot be completely eliminated.

9. Data Retention

We may retain account information, submitted images, generated readings, transaction records, and related service data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your saved readings, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.

Our retention practices may change as the service develops. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete or anonymize it, subject to legal, technical, security, and backup requirements.

10. Account and Data Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
